Well, chicks can do this one too, but it’s really easy, that’s the point. And you can freestyle most of it. Call it a “Quiche” maybe.
Eno’s Easy “Quiche:”
1/4 Cup Fine Bread Crumbs
A Cup or So of Cheddar Cheese; Parmesan Optional
Salt and Pepper
1 Sauteed Onion
A Green Herb
Maybe Some Bacon
1 Oven Safe Pan
This is a great recipe for leftovers in particular, and it’s healthy enough to impress if need be. Well, impress an SO, not a first date if you knaw mean.
Pre-heat the oven to 325.
Sautee an onion and set it aside.
Then, all you gotta do is mix the eggs together with the bread crumbs in that approximate relationship.
Then add salt and pepper, some parsley, and your choice of a green herb – I used fresh oregano, but fresh rosemary might be really good too.
Once cool, add in the onions. Try adding in some asparagus, or some broccoli – either your colon or your SO will be impressed.
Bacon for bacon taste, if you like that sort of thing.
Mix it all together, and put in the pan.
If you like, put some parmesan on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, until it looks nice and crusty on top.
