Don’t Throw Away the Tempura

I had some leftover tempura and breaded Tofu today, and was thinking about throwing it out even though it’s only a day old.

But then I didn’t! And it was good!

The secret is your broiler. Turn your oven on to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and find your broiler. Most often, it’s at the bottom of your stove, with a separate door. Throw your tempura in there, maybe flip em over once and watch em get brown, and you’ll get crispy, warm tempura on day two and three even.

I write. About baseball, mostly, but also about the anthropology of sports, travel, cooking and sometimes music. But yeah, baseball mostly.
